The main aim of this project is to establish the 2nd tier of MVP’s strategy, which focuses on industry standard development. This allows for tangible progression of course attendees and furthermore builds on personal and social development, employability and in depth understanding of the sector.
The secondary aim is to revolutionize the A&R approach, elevating MVP’s ongoing creative workshop provision to a basis for talent scouting. MVP is able to source talent by providing positive/ creative engagement opportunities for young people. MVP will develop this talent and make individuals industry ready.
This progressive approach combines young people’s creative artistic expression in a positive, developmental and nurturing environment with growth, success, employment and progression.
